Search Integration Add-On

Fast, accurate, and relevant site search — sub-100ms response times, dynamic faceted filters, personalized results, smart synonyms, search insights, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

How it works

When a customer searches your site, fast, accurate, and relevant search results decide whether they stay and buy. We deploy Typesense Cloud as the default search provider: dedicated clusters with SOC 2Security certification verifying compliance with data security standards and HIPAAHealth Insurance Portability and Accountability Act: compliance for healthcare data compliance included. For sites that need AI-powered search with neural ranking, visual merchandising, and behavioral personalization, we offer AlgoliaAdvanced search platform with AI-powered ranking and merchandising capabilities as a premium option.

Link search data to Advanced Analytics to tie user queries and click behavior into your dashboards, revealing which search terms or campaigns drive the highest ROIReturn on Investment. Sync real-time inventory with E-Commerce Pro so newly added products or pricing changes update instantly in search results. Our infrastructure is future-ready: easily handle increased traffic and data as your business expands. The full integration is available on Black Tie plans and above; the static option below ships on every plan.

Static search for small sites

Not every site needs a search cluster. For content sites (practices, firms, portfolios, publications), we ship Pagefind, a build-time static search engine. The index is generated when your site deploys, served as static files from the same edge network as the rest of your pages, and searched entirely in the visitor's browser. No vendor account, no runtime service, no monthly license, and no Lighthouse cost.

Pagefind is included free on every plan at 15 or more billable pages. Below that, it ships once as a $250 Custom Integration. Because the index rebuilds with each deploy, it fits content that changes when the site changes: pages, posts, and documents. Dynamic search over large or fast-moving catalogs, typo-tolerant merchandising, and behavioral personalization remain the full Search Integration this page describes.

Industry Benchmarks

  1. The SaaS procurement marketplace Vendr (vendr.com (opens in new tab)) tracks 132 negotiated Algolia contracts. The median lands at $41,300/year, with a published range of $12,038 to $250,974/year. That's platform license alone, before any implementation, schema design, or ongoing tuning hour.

Our Search Integration is $2,000 to $5,000/month across three tiers, and that fee covers setup, schema design, indexing, and ongoing tuning. The vendor cluster itself sits on your account, not ours. The Vendr marketplace data above tracks 132 real Algolia contracts at a median of $41,300/year, with the high end past a quarter-million. That's the Algolia platform license alone, before any setup or agency time. Algolia's self-serve tiers start free for testing, then move to annual commitments at the Elevate tier where NeuralSearch and AI Collections unlock. Typesense Cloud uses pay-per-hour pricing with 100 free cluster hours, and that's what we default to: single-tenant, HIPAA-eligible, SOC 2 compliant, with the cluster in your name. Algolia is what we reach for when you need AI-powered ranking or behavioral personalization that Typesense can't match.

And unlike most peers, every third-party tool license (Semrush, VWO, Crowdin, Cloudflare, Stripe, etc.) sits on your account per our vendor-account-ownership architecture : no agency-marked-up tool fees, no goodbye-fee on offboarding.
