Our Team
TechTailors is intentionally small. We believe a tight-knit team that cares will always outperform a revolving door of strangers — for you and for us. When you work with TechTailors, you'll know everyone by name. Especially the furry ones. 🐾
Leadership
Mac Goldman
Founder & CEO
Mac started his career in marketing analysis shortly after college, moved into data analysis, and over time worked his way into data and software engineering.
He's worked for companies small to large while living in Chattanooga, Charlotte, and Chattanooga again, and has even worked with a Hungary-based group. His experience covers digital and affiliate marketing, durable goods logistics, IT and cybersecurity, and website hosting. After a decade across that many industries, your website is not in the hands of a beginner.
He built moonlightreviews.com from scratch — an affiliate site that sold outdoor equipment for third-party retailers from 2020 to 2023. He had the most success with a major fire pit manufacturer: over the years of advertising their fire pits, Mac's site drove ~$1,000,000 in sales for them. Over the site's lifetime, it generated just over $2,000,000 in total.
He was born in Chattanooga, TN, where he grew up enjoying the boutique shops along Frazier Ave and strolls down into Coolidge Park.
Sales & marketing
Rachel Hoffman
CMO
She was born and raised in Memphis, TN and earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration at UT Chattanooga. She taught herself graphic design by watching YouTube creators like Will Paterson, then got hands-on creating fictional logos in Adobe Illustrator. Those skills came in handy when branding needs popped up in TechTailors' early days. Now she's pivoted toward more "human" work — talking with local businesses whose websites could use the TechTailors treatment.
Her marketing background is broad — she's done social media management, email newsletters, campaign coordination, and then some.
In her spare time she loves adoring her perfect cats, discussing TV with her husband, volunteering with nature organizations, and crafting whatever is her latest fixation. She'd like to try her hand at indoor rock climbing...once she can afford the equipment.
Executive Purr sonnel
They didn't apply for the job. They simply showed up, claimed the warmest and comfiest seats, and never left.
