Why I Built TechTailors

Early in my career, I spent two years working inside a digital marketing agency in Chattanooga. I saw how even well-intentioned shops let their values slip. Transparency was a selling point during the pitch, then quietly abandoned once the contract was signed.

That became personal when my father, a chiropractor in Cleveland, Tennessee, got locked into a year-long contract paying $1,000 a month for a website built on Wix in about twenty hours. The site was broken, unusable on mobile, and provided zero value to his business. I got him out of it and rebuilt his site myself.
