Fixes, updates, configuration, and custom work on pages, integrations, and components — for websites we didn't build and for past clients that don't want to return as monthly clients. Scoped by SOW and billed at $175/hour on sites we built, $250/hour on sites we didn't (5-hour SOW minimum on outside sites).

How it works

A good tailor doesn’t only make suits: they alter the one you already own. Alterations is that service for websites. If your site has a broken page, an integration that stopped working, or a component that needs configuring or customizing, we fix that one thing, professionally, without asking you to rebuild or re-platform.

It’s built for two groups: businesses whose sites we didn’t build, and past TechTailors clients who bought out their site and now own the code outright. Every engagement starts with a written scope: you approve a Statement of Work with the hours and the price on it before any work begins.

Key Features

Pages: Repair broken layouts, update stale content and design, or build out a page your current site is missing.
Integrations: Reconnect, reconfigure, or replace third-party tools that have drifted out of service: payments, booking, CRM, email, and the like.

SOW-scoped, hourly billed: $175/hour on sites we built, $250/hour on sites we didn’t (5-hour SOW minimum), against a written Statement of Work, so the estimate you approve is the engagement you get.

What Alterations is not

It isn’t a subscription, and it doesn’t include TechTailors Add-On Services: those remain exclusive to managed-site clients. If you’re a current subscriber, you don’t need Alterations at all: unlimited edits and maintenance already cover your site. And if what your site really needs is a ground-up rebuild, that’s a Blueprint, not an alteration: we’ll tell you which is which in the scoping call.

A buy-out isn’t a one-way door, either. Past clients can return to a monthly plan any time. Returning works like joining fresh: you sign a one-time, 12-month initial contract (whether or not you completed one before), then you become a month-to-month client who can leave at any time, like other month-to-month clients.

Pricing

SOW-scoped From $175/hour Hourly work against an approved Statement of Work. TechTailors Add-On Services are excluded. You approve the scope and price before any work begins; sites we didn’t build carry a 5-hour SOW minimum.

TT-built sites $175/hr Sites we built. Past clients working on a site they bought out. No SOW minimum.
Sites we didn’t build $250/hr Foreign codebases carry the risk premium. 5-hour SOW minimum ($1,250).
