- Support SLA — Tier response times (48h Launch / 24h Scale / 16h Enterprise & Custom), per-service uptime and accuracy SLAs, and the credits we issue when we miss.
- Offboarding — How leaving works. Ownership, vendor accounts, optional code buy-out, the 30-day satisfaction window, and the 30-day-notice termination procedure.
- Reactivation — What it costs to come back. Add-on reactivation fees, the 6-month grace window, and how locked pages unlock — every number sourced from your contract.
Commercial Terms
- Billing — Monthly invoice rhythm, late-payment fees (1.5% monthly interest, 7-day notice before suspension), discount stacking, taxes, non-refundability, and what triggers automatic scaling.
- Ownership — Who owns what during the subscription, what you own outright, and the optional lump-sum buy-out that converts the engagement license into a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to the code we built for you.
