We may collect the following categories of personal data:
Contact & Communication Data: Your name, email address, phone number, and any message content or files you provide through our contact form, email, or other communication channels. We process this data to respond to your inquiries, manage client relationships, and for record keeping.
Client Data: Information related to the services you purchase, including billing details, project specifications, and account credentials for services we manage on your behalf. We process this data to deliver and maintain the services you have contracted.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, page views, navigation paths, and similar usage data, collected through Google Analytics 4 (which we run through Cloudflare Zaraz, with a random identifier for your browser) and by Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the Site. Our Cookies Policy lists the cookies involved. We process this data to improve our website, monitor performance, and ensure security.
Marketing Data: Your preferences for receiving communications from us. We process this data to deliver relevant information about our services and respect your communication choices.
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data for the following purposes: responding to inquiries, delivering contracted services, sending invoices and payment confirmations, improving our website and services, maintaining security, sending marketing communications (with your consent), and complying with legal obligations.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, including: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery, which carries contact-form messages, their attachments, and newsletter sign-ups), Stripe (payment processing), Cloudinary (media management), and Google (Google Analytics 4, which we run through Cloudflare Zaraz, and the PageSpeed Insights service, which our Website Health Checker calls from your browser with the address you test). All third parties are contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Client project data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and for a reasonable period afterward to support any offboarding or data export obligations in that agreement and our offboarding policy.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of your data. We do not sell personal data. Exercising your rights will not affect the quality or pricing of our services.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security audits. All client sites benefit from Cloudflare's enterprise-grade DDoS protection, WAF, and bot management.
