Chattanooga, TN · Roofing & Restoration · New build
Our first new build: Iron Ark Restoration Group, Chattanooga TN
A roofing company with no website at all became a hand-coded site scoring 100 in every PageSpeed category, desktop and mobile. This is our first build for a brand-new web presence, and it runs on the same rule as our rescues: every account is in the client’s name.

A silent screen recording in labeled chapters. It opens with the home page of the website TechTailors built for Iron Ark Restoration Group, scrolling through the full page on desktop as it stood in September 2026. The closing chapters show Google PageSpeed Insights reports for that home page, scored out of 100 in four categories: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. The scores are 100 in all four categories, on both the desktop and the mobile test, as of September 2026.

Iron Ark Restoration Group restores roofs and exteriors across Chattanooga, and its work has always come the old-fashioned way: referrals and reputation. Online, there was nothing to back that up. No website, no listings, and a domain that led to a registrar parking page instead of a business. Homeowners search before they call, and a company they can’t find is a company they can’t hire.
We hand-coded Iron Ark’s first site on Astro, served from Cloudflare’s edge: fast, accessible to WCAG 2.1 AA, and designed to hold up in light and dark mode alike. It launched working, not just published: online booking, a lead form that lands straight in the owner’s inbox, and a financing calculator for the bigger repairs. And the part that matters most is the ownership: every account that runs the site was set up in the client’s name, on their billing, under their control. Nothing is rented from us.
The site went live in early September 2026. Then it faced the same test we point every client to: Google’s PageSpeed Insights, desktop and mobile. The result was 100 in Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO on both. The reports below are cut straight from the walkthrough, and the live test is linked at the bottom of this page, so you don’t have to take the video’s word for it.
